Hänga tavlor..

Fortsätter på temat tavlor när jag ändå är i gång och nyligen satte upp en hel tavelvägg med de nya gipstavlorna i butiken, inte perfekt men helt okej, se bild längst ner till höger. Att hänga tavlor är nämligen inte alltid det lättaste och inte finns det exakta direktiv heller. Detta eftersom det ofta handlar om personlig åsikt och smak, placeringen av tavlan/tavlorna och vilka motiv och storlekar det är på dem. En dos "känsla" kan behövas ibland också. 
För att en tavelvägg med tavlor i olika storlek och på olika höjd inte ska bli rörig finns det dock ett knep och det är att placera dem på samma inbördes avstånd till varandra, som här nedan.

Personligen tycker jag det är riktigt snyggt när inte alla tavlor är upphängda utan någon eller några lutar mot väggen från en bänk eller direkt på golvet. Kanske inte alltid så roligt när det ska städas men vad gör man inte för konsten? ;)

Oftast försöker man hitta raka linjer att följa, enkelt och flexibelt med hjälp av en tavellist (bild 3 från vänster). 

Bild 1 visar hur man utgått från den stora tavlan och följt dess underkant till vänster, dess överkant till höger och dess vänstra sida nedanför. Längst ner till höger är en tavla placerad med dubbelt avstånd nedåt men i balans till den stora tavlans högra hörn. Bryter av och lättar upp utan att kännas obekvämt.

Är du osäker på vart på väggen de ska placeras så ta sikte på vad som står under tavlorna, byrå eller soffa eller något annat som du kan följa kant-linjerna på (centrera innanför ytterkanterna eller kant-i-kant, har du större föremål som en hög lampa eller blomvas på ena kanten kan det också bli balans av att hänga tavlan(större)/tavlorna(mindre) i linje med motstående kant på byrån).

It's not always easy to put pictures/paintings up on your wall/walls, and there is no exact directions of how they should hang either. That's beacuse it's usually very personally what one think looks good, where they gonna hang and what differnet sizes and colours they have. Though to create balance when a group of pictures in different sizes and at differnet height hang togheter, there is one trick; hang them with same distance from eachother like in the first picture. 

In the second picture you have some suggestions of how to hang several together and its main message is to search for lines, very easy with help of a shelf for pictures (pic. 3 from left). As you se in pic.1 they've used the big picture as centre and placed the pictures to the left along its under edge; to the right along its over edge and below along its left side. The picture down to the right easy-up the group and makes it complete! (It's placed with doubled distance down and still in conecction with the centered pictures' right corner-still not randomly).

Personally I think it's nice to let some pictures stand at a chest or directly at the floor and just lean on the wall. Though not always as funny when time for cleaning but what do you not do for art? ;)
